Your login for the pharmacy will be managed through Vanderbilt's MyHealth system. When you click on the Sign in / Register in the mobile app and website, you will be redirected to MyHealth.
If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid email address on file, you will have to contact MyHealth help desk at (615) 343-HELP (4357) to help you regain access to your account.
Please note we cannot troubleshoot any login issues as we do not have visibility to MyHealth system.
